We sit down to listen as you share your vision for the new space. You provide us with the detail, description, and desire. This being the “initial” step of our process, we encourage the use of your imagination to offer your construction & design team insight. As we envision and create each potential space; from new walls and flooring, an elegant staircase, traditional kitchen cabinets, state-of-the-art appliances, trendy mirrors and fixtures, a stylish home theater entertainment center, an exclusive wet bar, to chic & classy vanities… the sky really is the limit.

Step 2

Design 

The design and planning stage brings your vision into life by providing you a detailed CAD illustration – so you can see how your new design will look when completed. We take your new design ideas and craft a detailed and fully transparent estimate. All of this is provided for you at no charge. For Kitchen & Bath projects we have a Certified Kitchen Designer on staff to serve and present you with the latest 20/20 3-D rendering software technology to present the industries brightest and best ideals & trends in Kitchen & Baths.

Step 3

Commitment 

A critical part of our process where our wisdom in construction and design must “marry” your vision for your design and remodel project. We come together to agree on how we will both collaborate on each aspect of our engagement and commit to make your dream come true. Once this stage of commitment is reached we shift our gears into action!

Step 4

Launch

Once we have completed the initial phases of Vision, Design and Commitment, it’s time to begin! We will never start construction until you are comfortable and satisfied on what to expect.

Step 5

Timetable

Our aim and goal is to disrupt your life as little as possible. Our construction schedule offers clarity on deadlines and considers occasion when we require additional decisions from you about cabinet styles, wood finishes, paint, and tile colors.
